The fastest channel is email (enutrof.hk@gmail.com). The in-site feedback form routes to the same address, and we respond to everything by email.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Payment, refund, and account questions are prioritised. Content correction reports are integrated into our regular review cycle.

Refund policy

Subscription payments are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused. Single-use tickets are refundable while unused. See the Terms of Service for the full detail.

Account deletion

You can self-serve delete your account and all personal data instantly from the Settings tab. If you run into issues, email enutrof.hk@gmail.com and we will help.
